Once we finally started getting rolling, we had to at least get the opening credits done while the script was finalized, locations were finalized, and all of our varying schedules were synchronized-which is the hardest part by the way.
This scene was shot in two different segments. The first was with Dan, the Director, as the subject doing all the painting. Then Pete and I got together and reshot a bunch of the scenes and edited those in because it wouldn't make sense for someone you never see in the movie, to be doing the acting in the opening. Plus, being Pete and I are so anal retentive about this movie, we noticed that there was a noticeable difference in my hands versus Dan's hands, so we definitely had to reshoot as many scenes as necesary to make it cohesive. I think it came out super sick personally.
